  My family spent about 16 days in Japan, and it was truly the best trip of our lives. We made an effort to stay at local hotel brands and preferred accommodations with in-room washer and dryer facilities whenever possible.The two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup was perfect for our family and made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.The front desk staff were outstanding, and I especially want to recognize Hali. Due to an unexpected family situation, we needed to leave Kyoto earlier than planned, and Hali went above and beyond to assist us during a stressful time. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help meant so much to our family.We are truly grateful for everything. Kyoto has left a special place in my heart, and this hotel played a big part in making our visit so memorable.   Our room had two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. This place made me feel at home it looks like a studio apartment inside. It was a comfy cozy place to stay during the sunny days and heavy rain.   Family of four - would come back!

  I came here may 2026 - very close to Kyoto station and a 7/11. Tons of restaurants near by. I booked the two bed two bathroom with a tatami room. Plenty of space for family of four. They had happy hour every day - complimentary beer and shochu and fresh coffee machine all day. They also had toys and puzzles to rent. The room was stocked with pans and plates etc - we usually made breakfast. No restaurant on siteHighly recommend!   Like having an apartment in Kyoto

  I'm hesitant to write a review because I almost don't want to let more people know about this hidden gem. Tucked away between two metro stations, an easy walk from Nishiki Market and Pontocho Alley, and with free sake and beer in the evenings, these suites are a prefect way to rest between days exploring Kyoto and the surrounding area.The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, quiet and spacious! My family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and enjoyed being able to have a little living space and kitchen. The in suite laundry is a huge bonus.
