    My comments are for the 3rd floor suite. Other guests told us other rooms were small. 3rd floor suite was large with large and very usable bathroom.     This hotel is welcoming and easy to access. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has lots of attraction nearby, restaurants , bars and beautiful square. You won’t got wrong with a visit. A good place to stay if you want to get the Mount Etna

    It's very clean and spacious. Great breakfast and food. Particularly Antonella has helped us lots and made us a list of where to go to. The temperature of the rooms were great and the place is aesthetically pleasing. We would definitely come back!
