Hotel room didn’t include private bathroom so we had to pay extra to have own bathroom. When booking the room there wasn’t anything saying that there is no bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Otherwise the hotel and room was okay/average.

Very disappointed with Kent Hotel. I booked paid and has a confirmed booking and n day of my reservation they sent me a message asking me to mo to another hotel nearby . Very nice place to stay for a few days in rome!The receptionists were very nice and also all the other staff!Room was quite cute and had enough place for two people.Bus stations everywhere and cute cafes all around!Thank you for the nice stay
