6 suites and 12 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     A little gem, ideal short stay hotel. Lovely room, couldn't fault it. If we came back to Florence would definitely stay again., thank you. Very comfortable, everything you need. Breakfast is adequate but there is plenty of choice. Room serviced every day.

    Great location. Bad breakfast its better not to reserve breakfast and eat around. Parking service at cost of 33 € dayly. Luca at the risiption was very polite. Very noisy rooms,with windows to the street. No air condition , the only promise to fix. Reasonable size of rooms. Clean hotel

    Room was a bit small but it was nicely furnished, had an TV and decent sized bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast also good quality for the price. Within 10 mins walking from the station. 2 mins from city centre. Good value accommodation for a city centre .
