I warmly recommend for families with children. Everything was wonderful, especially the children were very happy Large rooms, modern furniture, daily cleaning. The absolutely wonderful courtyard, full of flowers and greenery, many swimming pools and the aqua park is the joy of children. The food was very good. The only minus was the cakes, which tasted about the same. The staff throughout the hotel are very nice, any request immediately resolved.

We had an amazing time with my sister at Gravity Sahl Hasheesh! Loved everything, the weather was perfect at the end of April, the sea was warm enough to snorkel for hours. Thanks to the lifeguards and very kind and helpful freediver Ahmed, who accompanied us to the open sea! Food is good, there’s always a variety of dishes, tasty cocktails. We didn’t really like mexican restaurant, not impressed, but the main course was good. I would especially like to thank the animation team. It was professional, with great energy and enthusiasm! Joined Margaritas’ sport trainings, she knows, how to work the muscles and I really enjoyed all the workouts! Mido is a great teacher of Arabic and aqua aerobics, he was patient and kind with us not being able to speak Arabic:) Bazooka is incredibly fun and energetic, he brings so much joy to each activity! Ehab is very talented, his dances were always interesting and easy to follow. Alena really cares about mental relaxation and is a very kind and easy-going person. Thank you so much, guys, all of you made this trip unforgettable! Don’t know about animation for the kids, but it looks like a lot of fun too! Margarita, Galya, Alena, Bazooka, Mido, David, Ehab, you are the best! I would also like to mention that absolutely everyone was friendly: reception, bartenders, room cleaners, towel guys and cooks. Thank you very much for your hard work!

It was our first time at this hotel and it was a good expirience. The hotel is so clean and the food was very good. Tha bar man are good, good coctails. The stuff is very friendly, always smiling. We like the events, like the fruit festival and foam party. The entertaiment team is very good, with activities through all day. We like this hotel very much. We will come back

This was a lovely break if you're going for a short time, I would not suggest going longer than 7 days. Here is why... Pros: BEACH - amazing, the sea you can walk into the water or jump off the pier. ROOMS - Always clean! beautiful views, bit small but you can upgrade if needed. Housekeeping were amazing. ENTERTAINMENT - Animation were great, always had a show on or activities during the day. STAFF - Reception were friendly and always helped when needed. Cons: - The bed sheets were SO old, it became itchy to sleep on. We asked for new sheets but they were the same. - The food was not great in the restaurant, I could not eat anymore in the restaurant towards the end of the holiday sadly. More variety is needed too. - Some of the staff in the restaurant were quite rude at times. Not all! Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend for a nice relaxing holiday.

Don’t waste your money! This hotel is not 5* - we were booked for a week but ended up moving to another hotel as Gravity was so unsatisfactory and disappointing. The drinks are the worst I have ever experienced at any all inclusive hotel - all alcohol is undrinkable, the wine is watered down and revolting, the kids fruit juices are fluorescent which made us question what on earth they were made of (they certainly didn’t look to have come from any fruit). The service is absolutely non-existent. It is run down and tired looking. The food was also of poor standard. Love holidays were very unhelpful and refused to assist us in bringing our private transfer booking forwards so we ended up having to foot the bill of a taxi to leave the hotel to move to a better one. A very irritating experience all in all.
