Location

This hotel is located right in the heart of Hamburg, within walking distance of all of Hamburg's most popular tourist attractions. The busy harbour, the St. Michaelis church and the picturesque town hall are just some of the sights easily reached from the hotel. If guests want to visit one of the famous musicals, public transport will get them quickly and easily to the 'Landungsbrücken', the opera house and the musical theatre 'Neue Flora'. The hotel also provides a convenient location for those travelling on business, as the congress centre is less than 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. The main train station is about 15 minutes away by car and the airport lies around 10 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 115 suites, 115 single rooms and 119 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     People were quite friendly and helpful and they have solution for nearly everything. I`m visiting this hotel now for quite a long time and there was nothing to claim even it is not cheap. The hotel is placed where you easily reach every place in the city.
