The residence is located opposite the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the Parc de la Villette, in the same district as the Géode, the Grande Halle de La Villette, the Cité de la Musique and several restaurants. There are both underground and bus lines close by and the Eiffel Tower is less than 9 km away.
