  Our winter stay in NLV was absolutely magical. The accommodation was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the service was truly outstanding. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the range of activities was amazing. We particularly loved the husky sledding and snowmobiling - they were unforgettable experiences.We will definitely be coming back and will happily recommend everything to others. We would also love to see a discount offered for returning guests.Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  Pure Magic! I cannot speak highly enough about this resort and the experiences we had. Accommodations were amazing and so cozy, booked excursions thru property are all wonderful and so easy as many are on property and or a short provided transport. The dining for breakfast and dinner is superb! Hats off to the Chefs and the culinary experience they provided daily and particular to the waitstaff who work so hard to assure a wonderful experience. I'd like to highlight the young man from France with glasses ( I cannot remember his name) and Daniel ( I believe) who always assured we were happy even when a large group was staying in house. Never noticed a Manager on Duty or spoke to anyone in leadership but the property runs very well. I still dream of our nights under the northern lights. A trip and experience of a lifetime, thank you!

  We had a great stay - the Aurora Cabin was amazing, service was excellent and the restaurant outstanding, it actually exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay here again!

  Good location for northern light viewing. Upon our arrival on 11th March at around 6:00 pm, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist. She thoughtfully arranged to change our included airport transfer to a bus stop transfer after noticing that we were carrying multiple suitcases and backpacks. The bus stop was about 500 meters from the hotel, and she provided clear and helpful information regarding the facilities and meal arrangements.Unfortunately, our overall experience was negatively affected during check-out on 13th March (around 12:00 pm). A different receptionist informed us, in an unfriendly tone, that the bus stop was only 500 meters away and insisted that we could simply walk there, emphasizing that no transport was needed.After walking to the bus stop, we discovered that a driver had actually been arranged for the transfer (call from the driver), as booked earlier by the receptionist who assisted us at check-in. This lack of checking was frustrating, as the check-out receptionist neither verified the arrangement nor informed us correctly.Overall, while the arrival experience was excellent, the departure process was poorly handled and significantly impacted our impression of the hotel.
