The hotel is located in the far east of the Dominican Republic on Cap Cana, the world's great new destination. It enjoys a heavenly environment that includes 9.5 km of coastline, 4 km of white sand beaches and a spectacular marina. Punta Cana International Airport is only 8 minutes from hotel.

Guests have a choice of 72 junior suites, 175 suites, 135 single rooms and 41 double rooms located in a 3-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. The pool complex includes saltwater and freshwater pools, as well as children's pools. Adults can swim a few laps or just float around in one of the 5 indoor and outdoor pools. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, live music, a dance club, a casino and a nightclub.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. BEAUTIFUL Resort, Amazing Staff!

Absolutely loved our time at Sanctuary. The food is good, the staff is amazing, the resort is beautiful and the drinks are plentiful. The beach is on the smaller side. We mostly stayed by the pool in cabanas and beach chairs. The room are spacious with a beautiful shower and balcony. Restaurants do require closed toed shoes at night and one required pants. Something I wish I knew before hand, as I mostly packed shorts and sandals. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed a quiet, relaxing, vacation at Sanctuary with amazing views!

The honeymoon suite, all of the restaurants and pools were absolutely fantastic!But most importantly, our Butler Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our every need. He even anticipated what he thought we would need, had it ready before we even knew we needed it!!! 😳👍🥰🥰🥰Thank you so much, Sanctuary! Heavenly Sanctuary!

Heavenly atmosphere. They greeted us with a delicious coconut cream and lime drink. Wow! The first step into the lobby was like no other experience. The entry was all open and absolutely stunning. Everyone was at your service. I could not believe how helpful they were the entire stay. We had breakfast at the Casa Bella each morning and Juan Antonio was there each day. He went out of his way to help us. There was a wide variety of dishes for breakfast. We went for lunch on one occasion and it was amazing too. We tried the Steakhouse and Blue Marlin. They were both delicious as well. One afternoon we tried the grill by the pool and beach. The cheeseburger and fries were delicious. Moses brought us and our luggage to the room. He was always pleasant and helpful. They would always call us a taxi when needed. The room was stunning. The entire resort exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate and our room was cleaned everyday and smelled wonderful. The only complaint I have is the beach. It was a bad time for the sargassum. But the resort makes up for the beach in so many ways. I will look for other Sanctuaries in my future travels. Thank you to all the staff for all that they did. They were truly incredible!My best advice- GO AND STAY FOREVER. .

Close to Perfection as you'll find!

My family and I have stayed at Sanctuary Cap Cana twice over the past 2 years and this resort is close to perfection as you'll find. The size is perfect (not too small, but not too big), and the pool areas, beaches, bars, and restaurants are all excellent. But what makes this place so special is the people who work there; they simply cannot do enough to make sure you are happy. In particular the pool attendants (Wilkin, Felix, and Omar) were so kind, fun, and helpful; additionally, the bartenders (Cristian and Osvaldo) were awesome, expert drink makers, and always made us laugh! Our mornings started pleasantly at the coffee shop and our happy hours at the Love Bar were perfect. THANK YOU to all the employees at Sanctuary Cap Cana for making our past 2 vacations incredible experiences! We will definitely see them again soon! Beautiful Couples Getaway

The resort itself is beautiful. Lots of pools to choose. We are Vegetarian and Pescatarian. There was absolutely no shortage of food. The Asian fusion restaurant had most options, but we ate in every restaurant. Men bring ur closed shoes & nice shirts for 2 fancy restsurants require it. We stayed at the castle which has its own "moat". A river-like swimming pool with our 1st floir walk out. It was amazing!Cons: The beach and nearby Ocean is discusting in June. This is why i gave 4 stars. The Seaweed "Sargassum" is so deep in June, at Punta Cana beach, when we were there. Seaweed is toxic & the resort smells like sulfur. It's just something that happens every year at this time. There is no way the staff can possibly remove all the non-stop incoming seaweed. I was ok with this because i knew about the seaweed ahead of trip & the off season is less expensive & only 60% capacity. So i enjoyed my luxury & pools.
