Excellent Family Hotel
Good beach Hotel
This hotel was very close to all sorts of and transport to and from airport. The train to airport was so easy and cheap. Only cost 60dk for to adults. It only took 30 minutes to walk to the water. The hotel was lovely and clean staff were very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The only thing I would say is that it was very hot and it was only 8 degrees Fahrenheit outside.
Excellent hotel located right next to the train station. Rooms were modern and quiet, bed was super comfortable. Only downside is the price of the breakfast £85 for 2 breakfast for 2 days and the size of the room was relatively small with the bed pushed up against the wall.
Excellent staff, very helpful. Hotel rooms rather small but very clean with most expected facilities but no coffee etc making available. Well positioned for visiting city, very central, 5 mins from Central Station. Hop on hop off stop close by and many good eateries and a couple of supermarkets.
Have just returned from a three night break at this lovely hotel. Positives Great location, not far from train station, metro and old part of city, very convenient Wonderful staff, everyone we dealt with went out of their way to help us, they really should be commended Lovely clean room, nice bed, spotlessly clean, good bedding and soft furnishing. Beautifully laid out public spaces on the ground floor Negatives No kettle in room Tiny en-suite, not a lot of room to get dried when out of the shower On arrival told we had basic room and invited to upgrade to newly refurbished room at additional £17 per night, which we did, not sure what the basic room would have been like. No control over air conditioning in our room, tried to turn it down but unable to do so. No drawers and not much room to place personal items on, we were all not there for three nights so didn’t have a lot of items with us but would have struggled over a longer stay. As I said, really enjoyed our stay there but a kettle in a room is an absolute must, did ask at reception but they couldn’t help.
We were on a much needed three day break away, staying at Hotel Mayfair on a B&B basis. The room was very comfortable, with simple but tasteful furnishings. Breakfast was of a very high standard with a huge range of choice. However, the most outstanding feature were the brilliant staff: efficient, very friendly, talented multi-linguists, quietly professional and did everything with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Our tourist industry has a lot to learn from you…. Thank you for hosting us
