Jesus the bellman was great. Funny and great at handling our bags. Smiling all the way. He made sure the bags came back shiny. Unfortunately Wayne's Boots did not enjoy. Would not recommend. Fisherman's was great. Excellent service.

This was our 25-year wedding anniversary trip. The location was perfect and we felt like we were royalty the whole time we were there.

Jesus our bellman was absolutely amazing. He was extremely welcoming and very helpful during our stay right up to getting our luggage to the shuttle. Ceasar our waiter was fantastic he remembered us everyday and greeted us with enthusiasm and excitement. The kids adored him! Carlos, Luis and Kevin the bartenders were also awesome. I would recommend this resort to everyone! It was a very wonderful experience at Crown Paradise due to the staff!!!!

Jesus was always smiling and willing to help out in anyway he can The entertainment team at this resort is Amazing they really had lots to do for the kids I would recommend this resort to anyone who is traveling with children 1 big downfall there is not enough shade around the resort

We had a great time here. The amenities were nice. We had a room with a jacuzzi in it. They had a bottle of champagne and fresh fruits when we arrived in the room. The view from our room was beautiful. The beds were pretty firm and the rooms were outdated but it's not like you're spending all day in there. Use the QR code they give you at check in to reserve your dining reservations at exactly 08:00. A minute later and you will miss out on the good dining times. We had to get up very early at 06:45 to claim some chairs with shade on the beach otherwise you will be sitting in full sun all day. The beach was nice and clean. They had a waiter who came around bringing drinks when needed. My only complaint and why I removed a star was that all of their specialty drinks, Pina coladas, Miami vice, etc were very weak on the alcohol. I drank 8 of them and felt nothing. My limit is 4 usually but it's as if they didn't have any alcohol in them. The only time I was able to feel the drinks was when I ordered captain Morgan and coke or if I drank Modelo from the can. On another note, I came here without kids and we had the purple VIP bracelets that got us access to the 8th floor Crown Lounge for adults only. It was convenient because we could have drinks and eat tapas in the evening and full breakfast spread in the morning while we sat and overlooked the ocean. If I came back, it would be with my kids because there is a ton to do for them but as an adults only trip, I would probably choose elsewhere. Pro tip...bring an insulated cup for the drinks as it is very humid and warm so the drinks melt and get warm quickly. When we poured them in our cups, they stayed frozen for hours out on the beach. Also, bring your own sunscreen and don't buy anything from the gift shops at the resort. They are crazy expensive. $28usd for a spray can of sunscreen and $50usd for an insulated cup. If you don't bring your own, I would maybe find a market offsite that you can buy at.
