My wife has already added a comment on here Mrs. Cripps. I just wanted to add some photos of the awful breakfast, the barrier which stopped you turning the water on to have a bath. the fact that the hotel advertises a BAR and there isn't one, also advertises a mini bar and there isn't any, well there is but they are empty, we had a small bar of soap for three days which was not changed or replaced, the specialty tea was great but all flavor's and no regular breakfast tea, even when i hid the flavors more appeared but no breakfast tea. the lounge area, well if you could call it that was so uncomfortable and sparse, boring. the pool wasn't a swimming pool it was a meter deep if that splash pool. a very disappointing stay indeed.

Disappointing ,although the rooms were clean they really were quite small.Having been given room 601 right next to the lift made our room very noisy the lift needs some oil I think ! Amenities in the room were not replenished daily and trying to get extra coffee sachets and milk jiggers proved impossible! Breakfast was awful never enough crockery and cutlery we seemed to spend most of our breakfast experience requesting a cup or bowl ! The hot breakfast was diabolical ,three item eggs and ,sautéed peppers,Spainish omelette and sausage! The hot food was never hot and not even warm.The music was quite loud and we were not the only guests that had to ask for it to be turned down .You have to get in the bath before you can turn the taps on as the shower screen covers access to the taps.The plug didn’t fit the bath tub making it impossible to actually have a bath, Dont get excited about there being a rooftop pool as it is a plunge pool 1 metre deep !

Very nice hotel, very clean with very good staff. Luggage can be kept before check-in and after check-out. Very well located, subway at 2 minutes, from where train to airport can be taken. Great breakfas

Really loved this hotel. Close enough to restaurants and attractions, but still had a neighborhood feel. Mass transit options near and taxi stand around the corner. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Within walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Helpful staff.

This hotel was amazing place to stay. Its location is near Sagrada , shopping mall and metro. The best about hotel is its stuff. They are very pleasant and they will do everything to make your stay wonderful! We were trying to see the best in Barcelona for 4 days and stuff was helping us to find the locations that suites us. They also printed out a welcome note for our friends anniversary that made their stay here memorable. Thank you guys !!!
