It isn't a 5-star hotel for sure. It's an older hotel for one night very close to the airport. The rooms are average, but the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was ok. You can easily walk to the terminal—it's about 5-7 minutes, even with a suitcase. However, there's a shuttle service. Overall, the hotel serves its purpose well.

I had a wonderful stay at Flyin Baku. The highlight was definitely the incredibly responsive and helpful staff. Whenever we needed something – whether it was clarification, advice, printing important documents, or arranging transfers – they went above and beyond to help. They organized seamless transfers both from and to the airport, which made our trip stress-free.Everyone on the team was super friendly and explained everything clearly. A special thank you to the front desk managers – Huseyn, Dovran, and Ulviyya Nazirova – for their exceptional care and professionalism.The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone having a night stop-over in Baku!

Stayed at the Fly Inn a few times now and haven't been disappointed, friendly multilingual staff, room are a good size with a nice bathroom with amenities. Comfortable bed large bed. Great choice at breakfast. Nice bar and bar food a a reasonable price.

Hotel personnel cheating guests

I've got a strong impression that Fly Inn Baku is run by crooks that use every opportunity to cheat their customers. After making a 20-25 min long local call (055819****) from my room I received a charge of 31 EUR at check out! The receptionist failed to provide any officially published local call rates for hotel guests or otherwise justify such a big amount. Even the front office manager ,Kanan Darchinov, when asked for assistance (according to the receptionist) refused to solve the issue and demanded on payment. What a disgrace!

I booked the hotel as an overnight stop. Arrived at 23:30 and needed to leave at 13:00 the following day. I arranged an airport pick up and this worked perfectly. The communication with hotel was excellent very clear and also with a very quick response.Airport pick up was so smooth, the reception at the hotel was excellent. The room was so clean and comfortable.My only regret is that I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the facilities at the hotel
