This was my first solo trip and I didn’t expect this resort to be so attentive to such small details. The entertainment team were amazing, especially Nadir. He always had such upbeat energy even when the weather was not the greatest. He is such an asset to the team. Also Ismail from housekeeping was amazing and always made sure I had enough water in my room. The Beach Bar Staff and the special man, Hamza Pina Colada were always making sure my drink was topped up.

This is a high quality hotel which has clearly taken on feedback from previous reviews including:. 1.5litre water is given in the room daily. There are no tip boxes at the bar anymore There is plenty of luggage storage for when you check in or check out late, We had a “swim up room” which as others have commented is a small padding pool but we got loungers out there and very much enjoyed it. The food is repetitive and not to our taste but we enjoyed fresh pasta at the Italian buffet each evening. We were very disappointed that the food court (snack bar) was only open 2 days of our 7 day holiday… no explanation as to why. The hotel has direct access to the beach, We enjoyed horse riding on the beach but do be aware of the camel and horse owners that wait outside the hotel exit ready to bother you. This is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, and kind staff. Not sure it’s quite 5* service but we enjoyed our holiday and would certainly return.

Very clean, spacious and modern hotel. Lots of room and sun lounges outside, so you don't feel like being on the top of each other. Nice food, we never were hungry :-) Moroccan night, which need to be pre booked could have some menu as you don't know what you expect. Very nice room, with comfortable bed and big bathroom with very good walking shower and plenty off shampoo, conditioners and body lotions. Cocktails much better inside-in the sport bar and entertainment bar than in the pool bar. Very nice lady Mina, was looking after our room-always clean and fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff in restaurants. About entertainment - we really like Nadir, who was very helpful for us,generally you could see that boys were doing more during a day, but minus for the girls who were mostly a next to pool bar or in their little box and did not seems to want to do to much or approaching the people during the day. Many activities not announced, I think that would help as a lot of people did not know that activities were on. Only aqua aerobic announced, then last few days in second week, zumba. Nice indoor pool, but minus for no facilities-like showers and changing room-we did not know about it, discovered by luck as no signage, also did not know about mini golf on the back - discovered in last day 😁 Generally very good and definitely would go back. Nice hotel to catch a bit of sunshine in the winter, also very close to the beach. Thank you. Karolina and Mark

Hotel was lovely and clean and the decor is classy/modern. We had a swim up room which we weren’t expecting to be 40cm deep or shared with the neighbouring room, but actually it was nice to be able to sunbathe on our terrace and sit and read a book in the pool. It is a bit cheeky to call it a swim up though!! The bathroom was incredibly spacious and shower was really powerful which makes a change from lots of other hotels. The food was good, it was a bit repetitive but it was reliable and didn’t give us upset stomachs which we had a terrible experience of in Marrakech last month. Overall was a very relaxing holiday, I wouldn’t say 5* quality or service but for the value it was a good holiday.
