Thereâs plenty of good here, starting with nearly a dozen varieties of greens (really!), tons of protein and veggie options⌠only to be topped by dressings creamy, vinaigretty⌠and in some cases freshly made right there. While made-to-order salads are always appealing, our chef has also designed a few specialties, like âZensalada,â âJust Arugula Guyâ and âRomaine Calm.â (Very punny, chef.)

Big Chicken
When Shaq tells you to build a chicken joint on board, you start warming up immediately. The big guy brings his poultry know-how and good taste to the seas with Big Chicken⢠on Mardi GrasÂŽ. These are the building blocks of an amazing experience â delectable elements that combine with great service to offer an evening to remember.
Guy's Burger Joint
We call Mardi Gras's onboard burger spot Guyâs Burger Joint. We teamed up with Guy Fieri to design not just the burgers and fries, but to help bring in the kind of rustic atmosphere youâd find at a roadside burger shack somewhere off a coastal highway. All signs point to ambiance â and serious flavor â so try a burger dressed up the way Guy likes it, or take it off-roading⌠to the nearby topping bar, where you can make it your own.
Guy's Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse

Now about the brews: this house of BBQ tradition doesnât just satisfy your hunger â youâll also enjoy our all-new, exclusive line of Parched Pig⢠craft brews. Thereâs a smoked porter, a farmhouse ale, a hoppy IPA and a toasted amber, all brewed just feet from your table. Street Eats
Some of the worldâs favorite flavors arenât found in restaurants, but on the street in trucks, stalls and carts where flavor, convenience... and quality matter. Thatâs right, when youâre just feet from the chef, you know theyâre cooking to impress! Street Eats is Carnivalâs tribute to this food phenomenon, debuting aboard Mardi GrasÂŽ with three ever-changing open-air stations. The first, Steam Dream, specializes in the steamiest stuff this side of the spa, featuring favorites like bao buns and pot stickers. Then thereâs Mad Sizzle, which puts the âskillâ in skillet with the likes of kebab and satay. And weâre definitely not about to forget Time Fries, which serves up every cruiserâs dream: fries loaded up with culinary creations from our chefs, like cheesesteak fries! On Mardi Gras you may be far from the street, but flavorâs right around the corner.
BlueIguana Cantina
BlueIguana Cantina is Mardi Grasâs onboard taco-and-burrito place, featuring freshly-made Mexican faves. Because BlueIguana is all about you, weâll make it with the ingredients you choose â tell us which meat, veggies, rice and beans youâre in the mood for â and then weâll hand it over to you for the finishing touches. Here, that means a detour to the salsa bar to fire it up... or if youâre not feeling the heat, thatâs cool too. Any way you dress it, expect a meal thatâs suited up to satisfy.
Cucina Del Capitano
At Cucina del CapitanoÂŽ on Mardi GrasÂŽ, who youâve got gathered around the table is truly as important as whatâs being served there. At our table youâll enjoy delicious Italian favorites â we serve them family-style because we know that sharing large plates and sharing tales of your dayâs adventures goes hand-in-hand. Speaking of which, our walls are adorned with old snapshots from our officersâ family albums, proving that the rustic Italian-farmhouse atmosphere definitely isnât for show.Â
Tip: Great news! Your first meal at Cucina del Capitano is on the house⌠and additional visits are just $8.
Emerilâs Bistro 1396â˘

If you haven't had the pleasure, we're talking about fried oysters, duck & sausage gumbo, po-boy sandwiches, fresh ceviche and more. We're serving up Emeril's faves all day⌠and because flavors this big don't just sleep in, we do some great ones for breakfast too! Raw bar, incredible desserts and Crescent City atmosphere round out the experience.
Bonsai Teppanyaki
Itâs a meal, a performance, and itâs definitely unforgettable. The Bonsai Teppanyaki⢠experience is set to delight guests aboard Mardi GrasÂŽ. Take a little time out of vacation to sit down to a selection of tempting appetizers, before your chef prepares the main course featuring selections of meats, tofu, fish, shrimp or lobster⌠right at your table. In the teppanyaki tradition â and Carnivalâs tradition of fun â expect an interactive, satisfying meal full of surprise and delicious delight.
Pizzeria Del Capitano
On Carnival ships, the captain tends to be kind of a big deal â almost a celebrity. On select ships, theyâve even got their own pizza spot. The best news? Pizzeria del Capitano is open morning, noon, and late into the evening⌠and youâre invited. And since our captains tend to be Italian, you know weâre talking primo ingredients. We start with hand-tossed dough, made from imported Italian flour, and add fresh mozzarella to form a solid base. Then there's a choice of toppings, to put the finishing touches on this piping hot, fresh-from-the-oven mealtime â or snacktime â classic. (Also, try our caesar salad â buono, capisce?)Â
Piazza Panini
Piazza Panini can be found on Deck 8.
Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que
When the cool ocean breeze hits your nose with the sweet smell of smoke, you know you better follow it to Guyâs Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse. The Barbecue Hall of Famer is bringinâ some big time meats like Championship Pork Butt, Smoked Round of Beef, Smoked Andouille Sausage and his famous Blue Ribbon Chicken as well as rockinâ sides like Mac Daddy Mac n Cheese, Old Skool Potato Salad and Collard Greens. Throw in his signature line of barbecue sauces and youâve got a rockinâ sea day on deck.
Bonsai Sushi
So maybe youâve had sushi before, but have you tried it at Bonsai Sushi? This is Carnivalâs onboard seafood-and-soy-sauce spot, and we think youâll enjoy our latest location, aboard Mardi Gras. Dine indoors or out amidst carefully-pruned bonsai trees, while enjoying a delectable menu with sit-down service. Rounding out the meal: soups, sides, sakes and desserts. So the next time youâre taking a stroll down the onboard promenade, stop at Bonsai Sushi for a roll, a box or maybe order a whole sushi ship â seaborne satisfaction for two.
