The entertainment crew did an amazing job, Gabriel and David played games during the day at the pool as well as at night during the shows! They were really great, we really enjoyed with them. The people who are taking care of the services are amazing and very cordial and they help us all the time. Unfortunately the hotel has the kids pool closed half the time of our stay and 2 of the restaurants too, which was very annoying and difficult at the time of choosing where to eat. The beach was cleaned and we had a great time with the family.

Family Friendly resort experience. Great for small children up to 11-12 year olds. Buffet for lunch and breakfast is decent but could be better. The 3 dinner restaurants are excellent. The resort is fairly small with an intimate feel and the kids can roam free without worry. The service at the pool and restaurants is very good. The decor is somewhat dated but clean and maintained.

Awesome, quiet destination compared to Cancun.

Great play areas for kids, place that does babysitting for bits of the day. Pool area great for kids. Food/drinks great, liked the Mexican restaurant and Steakhouse a lot. Would definitely come back. Service was phenomenal from concierge to waitor/waitresses to housekeeping personnel to babysitting venue staff. Very friendly, kind and supportive.

This resort was amazing! I highly recommend coming with kids or without :) The food, the service, the staff, everything checked all the boxes. They have plenty of activities for kids and have great entertainment, specifically Alejandro and Carlos made this trip very memorable, they were so fun and engaging throughout our entire stay. Genuinely a beautiful resort, will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing time at Sensira, especially loved David and Alejandro from the activity staff, Hector up front, and Eduardo at the Italian restaurant. Really good food at the steakhouse restaurant and poolside grill. The occupancy was very low (12-15%) so we’ve heard the service wasn’t top notch as usual, but still experienced very good service. We plan to visit Sensira again and bring family and friends next time.
