Fantastic stay , with pool , aquarium and water sports . Vishal was great with his personal service with us and our room and interaction with our kids .

It’s luxury from start to finish. When I pulled up in our car, the valet Parker’s were straight over to help us get our cases sorted and kids out. Check in and our room was not ready as we arrived at 9am, we took the kids to see the fish and were told our room would be ready by 3. 1hr later a text to say our room was ready. All staff including security, lifeguard, bell boys, concierge and more all work incredibly hard to provide a true 5 star service.

From the first evening when I arrived, I had an excellent welcome from Anna. Hasan-Ahmed took care of our room to be clean all the time. Everything was more than perfect

Family Pool Day

We (four adults) stayed as day pass guests on a Sunday with view to hanging out at one of the pools. Attempting the adult pool at White Beach was a no go as it was fully booked. Next we bought day passes through the spa for the Palm Pool and Family Pool. We initially thought the family pool would be overrun with boisterous children. But the Palm pool was also full. So off to the family pool. And to our delightful surprise it was very nice. Not at all crowded. And Shahid and Pabu made our afternoon very comfortable. Next time we won’t bother with the more popular pools and head straight to the family pool. The only negative would be the helicopter noise. But even that didn’t matter much.

The view is really beautiful to wake up to in the comfy beds. Such a nice experience at the hotel.

The room is always very tidy, clean beds, towels, nice decorations. The staff is really nice, always saying hello and being really friendly, always at our service.
