1-I was attending a conference today 14/2/2024 my room was 501 reservation from 13 to 16 February 2024 i came with my wife at night and they annooyed me and wanted to see my wife by force it was mad 😡 from the man in the picture to break my privacy and annoying me and made a psychological trauma to me and to my wife without any excuse or apology. 2-food was terrible 😣 3-bath rooms are not good or clean at all the weather was cold and there was hot water. I don’t recommend at all 😒

Wedding preparation is wonderful, taking care of every single detail …. Decoration of the wedding hall is perfect as we planned. Also the suit and the room check in was easy and both rooms were well prepared .. Overall experience is excellent and highly recommended.

Their cooling system does not work at all, and their treatment and service are poor, resulting in many of our friends getting colds, flu, and high temperatures. Above all, they refused to compensate us for this error, as well as not adhering to the arrival and departure times.

It was so bad experience, never felt uncomfortable like that, the air conditioners weren’t working and the service wasn’t good. The same food was presented to us for 4 days without any changes and it wasn’t so good and there is nothing to drink you must pay for a drink to be honest only the roof was interesting

Recently had 7 nights on board boat..has been renovated to a fabulous standard. .. Food excellent, hot with plenty of choice..no need to go hungry at all..but the staff on board are absolutely fantastic and make your holiday so relaxing..from Muhammed in reception to bedroom staff naga and coco..all bar and restaurant staff were superb..thank you to all kitchen and engine room staff....see you again soon

Very good boat after renewvation , the staff are very friendly, food was just fine Sailing the Nile river was one of my dreams as we visited Luxor city , Edfu, Kom Ombo, Aswan and finally we take the bus to visit Abu Simbel temple

Spacious and clean room, super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is excellent, with a chef making omlettes to order. Dinner menu is varied and they do room service. Good selection of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the tourism bus terminus for all destinations in Jordan, It is a 4JD taxi ride to downtown, using Uber is easier than haggling with drivers.

I went on a business trip with my wife, and the overall experience was truly delightful. During our six-day stay at this hotel, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, reasonable prices, and proximity to shopping malls. The spacious rooms, amiable staff, delectable food, and convenient location with numerous dining options, banks, and malls nearby added to the overall positive impression. The hotel's accessibility from Queen Alia International Airport was convenient, and local travel was a breeze with readily available cabs. Highly recommended!

I have stayed four days in this hotel, it was great experience. Clean rooms, affordable prices and near to malls. All the staff is competitive including restrorent. This hotel had a very quaint interior atmosphere. I did not have the opportunity to stay very long as I was on my way to Petra but the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were modern and nicely made up. There was a continental breakfast served in the morning and the street is filled with restaurants anything from traditional Jordanian food to Italian and Chinese. There is also a large market half a block away where you can pick up water and anything you made need for upcoming travels

Really great hotel with everything you need. Great restaurant and Really friendly staff. In 5 minutes you are at the main entrance of Petra. The room was clean and pleasant. We recommend this place. The manager makes good food prices. 👌 grtz.

Very nice hotel. As soon as we arrived the manager greeted us and upgraded our room. The room was very nice and clean with the best view over Petra. He also arranged a trip to Turkish bath for us, and arranged transport to Petra the next day. All discounted price. We are very happy with our stay here and we will recommend it to anyone visiting Petra.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The coffee was really good and it was lovely to be somewhere with such nice views of the mountains. I would recommend other people to stay here as you will be well looked after and they will make sure you get good prices for yours etc.

The tents are more suits than tents! Bed and bathroom were perfect! The camp is in the shadow of an amazing hill! Wonderful to see, and not hot! The Jeep tour with sundowner tea was perfect! The camelriding into the sunrise was amazing! The food in the evening was cooked in a earthoven Delicious!! The team was very friendly!!

We spent one night in the Camp that Husam and friends run. We had a pleasant time and a good experience. We did a small tour to see some of the highlights of Rum. Good hospitality and the site is in an inner place of the desert that offers silence and serenity

Amazing stay, very very friendly staff. Especially the owner was so friendly He took us on a jeep tour to see the sunset and showed us the best places, away from the crowd mass! Very personal guide. The camp itself was also very nice and clean. Everything you wished during a stay in the desert. Thanks for the great stay!

I read all of the amazing reviews and was truly surprised that this place could live up to the hype. It exceeded my expectations. Hussam and his staff/family were extremely hospitable. I was actually sad when we left. Their kindness and pride is genuine. This place and people will always hold a special place in my heart. We stayed 2 nights. We did a sunset camel ride the first night and the 4 hour jeep tour the next day. Each night was like a holiday: food, music and stars. I can’t say enough good things. There are a lot of camps to choose from, this is the one!
