6 Nights - London, Manchester & Edinburgh - Vacation W/Air

It was even better than I had hoped for, and the staff was friendly and hospitable. Yes, the rooms are small by U.S. standards, but virtually every London hotel room is. We stayed in an executive twin and had room for our plentiful luggage. It was cleaned daily. The bathroom had shelf space. The A/C worked. Breakfast had many choices. It had an elevator, while many hotels don’t. It was a short walk to Paddington Station. I would definitely stay there again.

This was my second stay here. Very handy for Paddington station. The reception staff were very welcoming and the room was comfortable. My only issue is with the duvet which was too heavy for me so I didn't sleep particularly well. I would like the option of a lightweight duvet or even just a sheet! Otherwise great and I'll stay there again and use it as my base when in London.

My room was small but comfortable. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have reception desk staff who can advise guests on public transit options. When I asked about public transport transfers to Stansted Airport, the staff could only offer to book a cab but were not in a position to advise on National Express options.

Everything was good. Our room looked like recently renovated. Clean, Lot's of space. All staff at the hotel very friendly. Everything was excellent. It was our second time in this Hotel and if ever back in London again, we will definitely try to book with them.

I decided to stay at the Norfolk Towers hotel as I have stopped in Paddington before and rate the area well, the hotel is situated brilliantly as you have several food options and the underground within a 10 min walk of the hotels front door. The rooms were kept clean and the hotel staff were really friendly! The breakfast was excellent too! Would 100% recommend

This hotel was very pleasant to stay in. The rooms were delightful and the customer service from the staff was great. They offered suggestions for places to go, provided hot chocolate when the machine wasn’t working and Samiat was amazing!

The room was pretty, but the aircon wasn’t working. but Semiat gave incredible service! She really made my stay here great… without her I wasn’t sure if I would come back. But knowing the staff give such great customer service, I would definitely come back.

We booked accommodation for running the marathon - when we arrived we discovered that we had been defrauded. We phoned the hotel and Pedro could not have been more helpful in finding us two rooms. He kept our luggage while our husband’s ran the marathon too. The hotel bar is lovely and the staff are too. Thank you Pedro! Xx

We spent two nights at Ten Hill place on our trip through the UK. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10 min walk (uphill) from the train station and just a few blocks off the Royal Mile. It is on a quiet street away from the commotion. The room and bathroom were modern—comfortable beds and facilities. You could purchase buffet breakfast for additional fee. Would highly recommend,

We've stayed in many many hotels over the years and this has to be one of the very best. Staff attentive and helpful right from walking in the door. Breakfast was REALLY good. Buffet style Scottish full breakfast, including Black pudding and Haggis. The quality of the ingredients was high, bacon thick and well cooked. Rooms spacious (and we only booked a basic one). Huge shower. Easy walk into all areas, close to Royal Mile, Castle, Museum, restaurants... Perfect location. 100% recommend. We will be back.

I chose this hotel purely for convenience as it was where the wedding reception I was attending was being held. I'm so glad I treated myself although it was a little more than I usually want to pay. Accommodation was lovely, staff & service very good. My only very minor gripe is that every time you pay for drinks at the bar you have to bypass the 'request for a tip'. Happily stay here again -great place & conveniently located for city centre.
